PREAMBLE

TATTOO PASSION is a limited liability company, having its registered office 13 allee du petit Charlemagne 74500 EVIAN, France. The order of products and services on TATTOO PASSION involves the general acceptance by the customer of the entirety of these general conditions of sale without it being necessary to sign handwritten of those. The photographs illustrating the products do not form part of the contractual field. The present general conditions of sale cancel the preceding ones and can without notice.

ORDER

The order placed by the customer binds TATTOO PASSION only if it accepted it, which it is free to do or refuse, according to its capacities and constraints of provisioning and delivery, and any circumstance likely to be prejudicial at the good end of the order taken.

REMOTE LOADING

TATTOO PASSION is exonerated from any obligation to deliver the goods in all the cases of absolute necessity as in the event of occurence of all events external calling into question the remote loading of the reasons.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

The products and services are invoicees at the present prices at the time of the placing of order. The products and services of TATTOO PASSION are considered payable with the order, except agreed particular provisions by mutual agreement. TATTOO PASSION reserves the right to suspend any order whatever are the nature and the level of execution, in the event of non-payment at the limit of any sum which had by the customer. Any sum not paid at the limit envisaged will give place, automatically and without setting in residence, with the obligation for the customer to into force pay interests calculated on the basis of 1,5 times the legal rate of interest at the date of payment being reproduced on the invoice. This penalty will be applied as from the day following the date of payment indicated to the invoice until the integral payment. The sale could be automatically solved 10 working days after a setting in residence to pay remained unfruitful.

PROTECTION OF THE RIGHTS, THE MARKS AND THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Any logo, drawing, text, mark, photography and more generally of all elements on which can carry a right of ownership intellectual unspecified, TATTOO PASSION guarantees that it has all the authorizations necessary to their use. The remote loading of the reasons is done at strictly private ends: you cannot resell them or use them in some form that it is, except within the framework of the realization of a tattooing.

CLAUSE OF RESERVE OF PROPERTY

 It is expressly agreed that TATTOO PASSION preserves the property of the goods until the integral payment of their price in the main thing and interests. The customer avoids reselling, renting or giving in guarantee whole or part of the goods until the integral payment of their price. In the event of exercise of this reserve of property, the restitution will fall to the customer, at his expenses and the risks, within 10 working day as from the request made by TATTOO PASSION.

LITIGATIONS

The general conditions of sale of TATTOO PASSION prevail on all the general and particular conditions of its customers. The Commercial court of THONON (74) will be only qualified for any litigation.
